WHAT: Expect a truly eye-opening experience with our “I Had No Idea” tour. Aptly named, since that is what many say after they’ve toured our facilities and learned the truth about homelessness.

WHERE: We are offering tours at all of our facilities:
Jimmie Hale Mission
Located at 3420 2nd Avenue North, between Sloss Furnace and the Water Works
Jessie’s Place, shelter for women and children
Located at 2305 5th Avenue North, near the downtown Post Office
WHEN: Upcoming Tour Dates:
Monday, July 19 at 10 a.m. at Jessie’s Place
Friday, July 30 at 11 a.m. at Jimmie Hale Mission

We encourage anyone in the community to sign up for our “I Had No Idea” tour. Tours last approximately one hour and are free. We do not solicit for donations. Downtown Jimmie Hale Mission, Inc. is a Christian-based, 501(c)(3) charitable organization that does not receive United Way funding.
